CHARACTERISTICS:
    -Eliminates easily oils, greases, obsolete organic residues and all types of common dirt
        in industry as well;
    -It contains tensio-active substances, fact that allows great dilution with a high level of
        cleaning power;
    -Totally non-combustible, it does not burn and does not keep combustion;
    -It is soluble in any proportion with cold or warm water and it is not influenced by
        its hardness;
    -Easy to be used, rapid and with a good relation price-quality;
    -On delicate surfaces, its use must be done cautiously and very diluted (e.g. aluminium
        and its alloys);
    -It does not attack ferrous metals, plastics, paints, rubber, wood, etc.

APPLICATIONS:
- General cleaning for industrial machines and equipment;
- It removes perfectly the grease on the painted surfaces giving back to them their initial aspect;
- It cleans and removes the grease on the metallic surfaces as a preparation before painting;
- It eliminates the dirt and grounds from the machine tools cooling systems;
- The cleaning of the fuel storehouses, air and oil cooling plants, air and Diesel oil filters, machine halls, boat decks and storehouses and dirty, greasy floors as well;
- As regards graphic arts, it eliminates printing inks, drums, plates etc.;
- Due to its properties, it is hard to be replaced in realms such as: Automobile industry, Aeronautics Ind., Naval Ind., Machine Tools, Public Services, etc.

USE:
    - It can be used in pure state or diluted to 10 parts of water according to the
        degree and type of dirt;
    - It can be applied with a cloth, a sponge or by pulverization, etc. After
        application, let it action for a few  minutes then the surface can be
        cleared up with a clean cloth or washed with water spurt;
    - As regards the painted surfaces, after other few minutes they must
        be rubbed again with a dry cloth;
    - For Machine Tools cooling circuits, it is recommended the dilution:
        1 part LM-10 with 4 parts of water, run again throught the circuit
        then it gets emptied and rinsed a couple of times with clean water;

WARNINGS:
    - When the product is applied by pulverization it is recommended a proper
      ventilation and the use of protection glasses and in case of prolonged or frequent contact.
