Naphtha oil with corrosion inhibitors
and agents of extreme (organic)pressure.
When it is mixed with water, white-milky
emulsions of high stability are obtained.

TESTED AND ASSENTED BY:
Ministry of Health no:
1940/28.10.1998
CHARACTERISTICS:
It combines excellent lubrication (reducing
the friction between the
metal and the tool, so that the durability of the tool can be prolonged)
with the best cooling (eliminating the heat produced by the removing of
the splinter) that produces an adequate temperature on the contact surface;
It contains neither Nitrate, Silicon nor other dangerous products that
cause
harm to those who use it;
It neither produces smoke or toxic vapours;
It contains additives well selected that provide high quality finishing,
therefore prolonging the durability of the tools, reducing the expenses
of
production for the same number of parts, by the means of reducing the
friction between part-tool-splinter and allowing higher cutting speed;
It contains bacteriological additives that action against the micro-organisms;
It confers a good protection against corrosion and it is very economical.
APPLICATIONS:
- It
is indicated for iron, steel, high allied and stainless steel cutting,
aluminium
and its alloys, favouring in this case the rapid evacuation of the splinters
and
avoiding the premature wear of the edge of the tool;
- It
is indispensable in processes such as: lathing, cutting off, milling, etc.
of
every type of metals;
- In
steel-works, at the peeling of the metal bars, at Kieserling machines,
Bordiere machines, etc.
- In
concentration of 1-2% it can be used to high precision steel grinding,
when
it is necessary the adding to this fluid of a lubricant element which is
supposed to reduce the wear of the tool during the process.
USE:
-Dilution
between 2 to 20 % according to the hardness of the operation which is to
be done;
-5 % for:
lathes, gear machines, thread machines, boring machines, boring and milling
machines;
-Pure
or diluted 50 % for threading with screw taps and rethreading dies;
-These
dilution are only for guiding, but they can be modified according to experience;
-Before
using IBERSOL - 2000 and also in order to preserve all its properties,
it is recommended
the previous cleaning of the cooling circuits with the product LM - 10
(1 part with 4 parts
of water) followed by rinsing with clean water.
WARNINGS:
-Do not effect uncontrolled
throwing;
-Do not swallow.
