Smell: Characteristic;
pH at 5 %: 10.5 +/- 1 to 15 oC;
Solubility: Totally soluble in water resulting a green-transparent
solution;
Foam: Accomplishes CETA 20545 Norm
Corrosion: Accomplishes CETA 20516 Norm
CHARACTERISTICS:

Saturated with special additives, does not attack Copper and its alloys,
fact that causes the
maintaining of the grinding machines in good shape and most of all, it
protects their
electromagnetic parts;

Great cooling power, lubrication, humidification and temporary preserving
of the processing parts;

Stable to hard waters and does not produce foam;

It favours a good finishing of the processing surfaces with high working
speed;

It prevents the grindstones from getting loaded.
APPLICATIONS:
- Metal grinding (cast
iron, steel, etc.)
- Cutting of ferrous and
non-ferrous metals;
- Sharpening of the cutting
tools and mechanical saws;
- Recommended for numerical
controlled tool-machines.
USE:
- For metal grinding it is recommended a 3 % dilution ( 3 litres
IBERSOL - VS + 97 litres water );
- For cast iron grinding and other types of mechanical processes
it is recommended a dilution beginning with 5% ( 5 litres
IBERSOL - VS + 95 litres water );
- Before using IBERSOL - VS and also in order to preserve its qualities,
it is
recommended as the cooling circuits to be washed with the product LM-10
used
to remove grease ( 1 part with 4 parts of water ), followed by rinse with
clean
water in abundance.
WARNINGS:
-
(Pure) concentrated product;
- The manipulation of the concentrated product has to be done in accordance
with labour protection measures;
- Do not effect uncontrolled throwing;
- Protect eyes and do not swallow.
