Characteristics:
                   - Great power of cooling even at a small concentration ;
                   - IBERSINT - R15 allows high cutting speed and feed, without the wear of
                     the tools, because it confers a perfect dispersion of the heat and a
                     controlled lubrication as well;
                   - It protects and preserves temporary the processed surfaces against
                     premature oxidation;
                   - It is stable at hard water as well, without getting decomposed and it does
                     not produce foam;
                   - It does not decompose itself and does not emit toxic vapours;
                   - IBERSINT - R15 solutions, being transparent, offer a good visibility in
                     processing operations;
                   - It does not cause skin troubles if the product is diluted in accordance
                     with the use parameters;

Applications:

Use:
        - Grinding:                                                Dilution -1 litre into 50 litres of water : 2%
        - Lathing:                                                   Dilution -1 litre into 25 litres of water : 4%
        - Boring, Cutting, Milling, Gearing:  Dilution -1 litre into 20 litres of water : 5%
            These dilutions are only for guiding - they can be modified according to experience

    Before using IBERSINT - R15, and also in order to preserve all its properties, it is recommended the previous cleaning of the cooling circuits with the product LM-10 (1part with 4 parts of water) followed by rinsing with clean water.
WARNINGS: (Pure) Concentrated Product:
        - The manipulation of the concentrated product has to be done cautiously;
        - Do not effect uncontrolled throwing;
        - Protect eyes and do not swallow;
        - In case of eyes contact, wash them immediately with water in abundance.
